Sharmila Rodricks

Ms Rodricks has over 15 years’ experience working with children with learning differences and helping them to gain confidence and reach their full potential. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bombay University, India, and completed the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification at the University of Toronto in Canada.

Ms Rodricks works with students, their parents, and collaborates with teachers to develop and support individualised learning plans. She focuses on specific learning disorders and executive functioning skills. Ms Rodricks previously worked in the additional support department for 18 years at Kellett School, the British International School in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
